Handles day-to-day client implementation onboarding operations for new clients existing growth and migration.
Responsibilities
- Reponsible in communication and timely responses to queries via emails and calls.
- Setup Legal entities and investors in the system for medium - high complexity entities.
- Process data from client/ old administrator and input into IQEQs reporting tool for medium - high complexity entities.
- Perform reconciliations on proccessed data for medium - high complexity entities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or related finance field
- Minimum of 2 year experience working in a professional office environment either within an accounts department or preferably within an accounting service provider
- Experience in processing and providing financial information for review
- Preferred to have fund accounting or client onboarding experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
