Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead coach and develop a team of system administrators analysts and specialists.
- Establish clear objectives measure team performance and drive accountability.
- Provide professional development and mentorship to build Salesforce expertise and business systems knowledge.
Revenue Systems Oversight
- Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and other integrated tools that support the revenue cycle.
- Partner with IT and the Center of Excellence to prioritize design and deliver system enhancements.
- Ensure system processes align with business needs compliance standards and best practices.
- Oversee documentation governance and change management across revenue systems.
Collaboration & Strategic Enablement
- Work with Sales Services and Marketing leadership to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Manage project intake prioritization and delivery timelines for system initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support Go-to-Market strategies through effective use of Salesforce and related applications.
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT ensuring alignment within the Agile framework.
What Youll Need
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
