Job Description:
At least 3-5 years of software development experience
Knowledge in object oriented analysis and design with the ability to practice across multiple languages
Own and deliver Features as set of Ascendon Configurations for Explore/Buy/Use/Bill/Pay/Leave/Do not Pay journeys.
Job requires experience and ability to create Catalog items such as Pricing Plans Offers Billing and Charging Rules and Discounts for Media/Telecom industry.
Business processes in Fulfilment Assurance and Billing
Good understanding of telecom offerings for services in voice/data/VAS in local and roaming scenarios Catalog and order management Rating and Billing / Invoicing configurations Treatment/collection configs Financials / GL expertise Taxation aspects.
Experience in MNP and Roaming TAP procedures.
Safe Agile experience to deliver Features through set of sprints with customer feedback
Ability to work with Customer Requirements and turning them to Features Grooming and estimations working as part of scrum team to deliver feature stories
Review test plans and provide feedback for quality deliveries
Support System integration Testing User Acceptance testing and GoLive Plans and In-Life support as necessary
Skills on scripting and any programming language for automation CICD will be advantage.
2 years experience working with AWS certification a plus
2 years experience working on a DevOps team
Troubleshooting experience from an operations perspective in a 24 hour oncall setting
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ability to serve in a scrum or product owner role as needed in a self-organizing high-performing team
Experience with
Telecom Application config for Rating/Tariffs Bill cycles Treatment Mobile/Fixed network Voice/data/SMS
Customer care/Disputes and adjustments Case mgmt. etc. Mediation/Whole sale billing/Roaming/MNP also good.
