Transport Planning Lead

WHAT YOULL DO

Specialized Operations & Administration

• Oversee the administration of transport systems and tools ensuring effective integration issue resolution and accurate data management.
• Coordinate and oversee delivery schedules and end-to-end transport capacity ensuring efficient planning and execution.
• Administer transport contracts ensuring validity preparing agreements supporting negotiations and collaborating with legal and commercial teams.
• Support assigned commercial activities contributing with operational reviews and local expertise to align operations with strategic priorities

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance and to optimize service-levels and processes efficiency

Process & Workflow Optimization

• Lead and support transport projects implementing solutions enhancing workflows and addressing operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support their successful implementation.

Performance Analysis & Decision Support

• Monitor and analyze KPIs providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency cost-effectiveness and service quality.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to internal departments ensuring clarity and alignment with regional objectives.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proficiency in using advanced data management tools and transport systems for seamless administration integration and processes.
• Strong project management skills for leading strategic transport projects and optimizing workflows
• Analytical mindset to monitor metrics generate insights and drive efficiency improvements
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal departments and external partners to enhance operational efficiency
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to manage complex processes and challenges
• Ability to balance commercial priorities with operational demands aligning local operations with long term strategic goals.
• Proactive approaches to continuous improvement and innovation in transport practices
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management abilities efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Compensation: Salary range is $76144 - $85622 annually**
