Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
- Post-basic qualification in Trauma/Emergency Nursing (essential).
- Minimum of 35 years clinical experience in a Trauma or Emergency Unit.
- Proven leadership and management experience within a hospital environment.
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills especially in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop nursing staff.
