Distribution and Business DeliveryLast mile(SM) hiring Setting up new dealer networkMonth on month business deliverySetting up DSA networkMarket share creationPDD maintenanceAsset quality ManagementHiring right team structure for his/her regionManaging team of Sales managersAttrition management of last mileTraining and development of team and developing their skillsetGuiding team in understanding lending banking and rural Functional alignmentDriving sales to collect model and alignment with collection for DPD managementInteracting with Credit and OPS for timely sanction and sell Penetration of cross sell products like Loan cover Shield (LI) Asset Insurance and others in his/her MIS & ReportsTimely reporting of business figures Make sure the login and disbursement reports and maintained for his/her frameworkMaking sure TA is given to right Dealer and timely repayment of the same
