Overview of Opportunity
Were looking for an early-career Information Operations professional to join a diverse and dynamic team responsible for messaging to audiences around the globe in over a dozen languages.
Junior IO Coordinators support the full campaign lifecycle: contributing ideas helping refine concepts coordinating workflows and ensuring messaging moves smoothly from draft to execution. You will learn how to collaborate with teammates across specialties work with stakeholders adapt to changes quickly and help evaluate the impact of global messaging efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone with a marketing media or international affairs background who wants to grow in the IO field.
What you will do:
- Support the development review and execution of social media messaging in a range of global information environments and target languages
- Apply sound judgment to balance creativity with editorial guidance and program requirements
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to help align messaging with program goals
- Learn and experiment with emerging platforms tools and techniques for reaching target audiences
- Assist in standardizing internal processes documentation and record-keeping
- Help maintain and update databases with accurate campaign information
- Contribute to measuring and reporting on campaign effectiveness
What you will need:
- 12 years of experience in communications public relations advertising international affairs or a related field (internships or academic experience welcome)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online trends in at least one target language/region of interest
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to learn new tools workflows and approaches to information operations
- Interest in technology data and international security issues
- Global regional or linguistic specialization preferred

- Rigidly Flexible - comfortable with a dynamic unstructured and fast-paced mission
- Able to self-prioritize instinct for what should be done when not all things can be done

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills geographic location as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Salary Range
$54900 - $111300 USD
