You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe De Parys Group is looking to appoint an experienced HR officer to support our organisationon a full-time basis working 37.5 hours on a fixed term 12 month contract.
The successful candidate will provide accountable HR support across recruitment compliance ER and HR systems ensuring that the practice meets CQC and regulatory requirements.
The HR officer acts as the first line of professional HR advice for managers and staff owning responsibility for operational HR processes audits and delivery of people services - while escalating complex or strategic matters to the HR manager.
This role is pivotal in supporting organisational resilience as the practice prepares for growth and merger/ TUPE transfer.
