Your new role

The Youth Program Coordinator (Out of Home Care)is responsible for the day-to-day operational coordination of Carpentarias Out of Home Care (OOHC) program providing culturally residential and community-based services for young people aged 1418 years under the Northern Territory Department of Children and Families (DCF) program.

The ideal candidate

  • Relevant qualifications in Youth Work Social Work Community Services or related field (or working towards).
  • Experience in youth services child protection or OoHC settings.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care therapeutic approaches and safeguarding practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills.
