Bank Care Assistant Days. Parklands Care Home
- Salary: £12.21 per hour
- Hours: Bank (flexible shifts)
- Shifts: 8am-8pm

Situated just a short walk from the beautiful Hesketh Park Parklands is thoughtfully designed to promote comfort wellbeing and independence for our residents.
As a Bank Care Assistant on Days you will:
- Provide high-quality person-centred care to residents during daytime hours
- Assist with personal care mobility and daily living activities
- Encourage independence and dignity in all aspects of care
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team
- Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
- A kind empathetic and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work bank shifts as needed
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
