Bank Care Assistant Nights. Parklands Care Home
- Salary: £12.21 per hour
- Hours: Bank (flexible shifts)
- Shifts: 8pm-8am

Located just a short walk from the scenic Hesketh Park Parklands is thoughtfully designed to promote comfort wellbeing and independence for our residents.
As a Bank Care Assistant on Nights you will:
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents during night shifts
- Support residents with daily living tasks including personal care and mobility
- Promote dignity choice and independence
- Work collaboratively with the nursing and care team
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
- A kind compassionate and patient nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible bank shifts
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
