Job Description
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across 4–5 plants ensuring smooth workforce management and productivity.
- Drive industrial relations (IR) union negotiations and grievance redressal to maintain harmonious labor relations.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws statutory requirements and audits.
- Implement best practices in workforce planning shift management employee welfare and plant engagement.
- Partner with plant leadership to align manpower planning recruitment training and retention strategies.
