Salary range is between $88090 (Level 2) and $96086 (Level 3) plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills experience and qualifications. Opportunity to develop to a Level 4!
The remuneration will shortly be increased in-line with our Field Staff Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities
About the position
Reporting to Supervisor Parks & Reserves the Team Leader Arboriculture is responsible for leading a team in developing setting and monitoring outcomes to achieve work area programs and projects. The Team Leader Arboriculture positively assists their team in delivering the technical aspects of the role to ensure that the organisation is able to meet its corporate objectives. Qualifications
About you
Youve got a background in Arboriculture or Horticulture enjoy mentoring working collaboratively and can manage a maintenance programme whilst delivering a high level of service to your stakeholders.
Qualifications and licences:
- Have a minimum Certificate III in Arboriculture Horticulture or Leadership or related technical discipline (essential)
- Hold a current Class C or Class MR Drivers Licence or willingness to obtain
- Have a current Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White card) or willingness to obtain
- Have a Temporary Traffic Management Ticket Supervisory (TTM) or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to undertake a Police Check and a pre-employment medical assessment as part of the recruitment process
