About the Position

As a Team Leader in Field Services youll lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality outcomes for our parks and reserves. Your focus will be on people leadership planning and creating a positive team culture while ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

About You

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for guiding teams.
• Ability to plan prioritise and manage resources effectively.
• Arboriculture knowledge is highly regarded but not essentialif youre willing to learn well support you.
• Current Class MR Drivers Licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Temporary Traffic Management Ticket Supervisory (TTM) (or willingness to obtain).
• Willingness to undertake a Police Check and pre-employment medical assessment.

Salary range is between $90733 (Level 2) and $98968 (Level 3) plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills experience and qualifications. Opportunity to develop to a Level 4!
