Urgent requirement of UKG Team Lead - Contract - Sydney/Melbourne
Requirements
- Design configure and optimize Kronos Workforce Central modules such as Timekeeper Device Manager Activities Data Integration and Scheduler to meet business requirements.
- Should have experience in legacy systems UKG Pro and Dell boomi Integrations.
- Lead the development of workflows custom interfaces and integrations using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) REST APIs and SQL tools.
- Perform data migrations while ensuring data integrity and seamless integration with external systems.
- Improve database performance through SQL query tuning in Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Manage system upgrades patches and performance enhancements with minimal disruption.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving system issues while offering guidance to team members.
- Manage and support Kronos mobile applications and cloud solutions to ensure functionality.
- Develop disaster recovery plans and maintain business continuity in case of system failures.
- Stay informed on Kronos/UKG technologies and apply insights to improve system performance.
Good to Have :
- Experience on any ticketing tools (Service Now JIRA or any other)
- Functional Knowledge on Facility Services Utilities services and Work Management.
- Experience on Application maintenance ITIL processes
- Experience in converting EBA requirements to configuration.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Maintaining the applications
- offshore team to produce reliable and stable solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Interact with customer Tech leads and business users and drive assigned work.
- Responsible for managing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure the SLAs are met.
- Liaising with clients and users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
- Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance process standards and best practices.
- Ability to see the bigger picture make and advise on strategic decisions
- Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes procedures and provide the effective solution.
Duration: 06 months and possible extension
