TheCompensation & Benefits Managerwill be a key member of theGlobal Total Rewardsteam supporting the UK Ireland and Serbia. This role is responsible for designing implementing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with business objectives and comply with local regulations. The manager will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners business leaders and global Total Rewards colleagues to ensure consistency equity and market competitiveness.

Location: Dundee

This position reports to the Global Total Rewards Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and maintain compensation structures salary bands and incentive programs that support talent attraction and retention.
  • Benefits Administration: Partner with the Global Benefits Team to manage health retirement and wellness programs including vendor selection and renewals. Oversee the pension and retirement plans and serve as the companys representative in interactions with plan Trustees and Brokers.
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices across assigned countries.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and global policy standards.
  • Recognition Programs: Collaborate with the Global Compensation Team to support global programs and projects.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare reports and insights on compensation and benefits trends to inform decision-making.
  • Employee Communication: Maintain and enhance communication platforms to educate employees and managers on Total Rewards offerings.
  • Budget Management: Support financial planning and budgeting for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Job Evaluation: Oversee job classification and evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field
  • Strong analytical organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 yearsof experience in Compensation Benefits or Total Rewards roles (5 years may be considered with strong multinational experience)
  • Experience with Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits practices in multinational environments
  • Professional certifications such asCCP(Certified Compensation Professional) orCBP(Certified Benefits Professional) are a plus
