Deputy Nurse Manager Beautiful Nursing Home 26.50 per hour Full-Time
As Deputy Nurse Manager youll help lead a high-performing nursing home with a Good CQC rating supporting residents living with nursing and dementia care needs. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact every day while growing your leadership career in a supportive environment.
In this Deputy Nurse Manager position youll play a key part in driving high-quality person-centred care. Working alongside an experienced management team youll guide clinical practice support staff development and ensure residents receive safe compassionate and effective care. What Were Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) active NMC PIN
- Experience working in a nursing home setting specifically with older adults and dementia care
- Strong clinical background with senior-level experience (e.g. Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager)
- Confident in completing assessments writing person-centred care plans and managing clinical risk
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team

- Lead motivate and support the clinical team to deliver outstanding nursing and dementia care
- Complete and oversee detailed assessments care plans and risk management processes
- Provide strong clinical decision-making and act as a role model for best practice
- Support the Home Manager with audits compliance and CQC standards
- Foster a warm inclusive and safe environment for residents families and colleagues
- Contribute to ongoing service improvements and uphold high clinical governance standards
