You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a skilled and organised Business Support Officer to provide dedicated professional and responsive administrative assistance to the Cemetery Officer and the Open Space & Community Facilities team.
In this role youll contribute to the effective delivery of high-level administrative support across a broad and diverse portfolio of community assets. This includes cemeteries community facilities halls and centres public swimming pools public toilets and amenities trees and vegetation recreation areas civic spaces sporting ovals parks and playgrounds.
This is a hands on support role suited to someone who is proactive detail oriented and confident managing multiple priorities including sensitive cemetery related matters that require discretion and professionalism.
To be successful in this role you will be required to hold a Certificate III in Business (Office Administration) or similar with experience in office admin roles. Youre organised efficient and skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines. With advanced Microsoft Office skills you support teams effectively and work with accuracy and initiative.
