The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT service delivery while managing critical IT infrastructure and support.
Service Management & Operations
Assist in incident Problem and Service request management processes to ensure rapid resolution and minimize business impact
Oversee service request fulfilment and maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
Oversee comprehensive IT inventory management including hardware and software assets
Manage employee onboarding/offboarding processes including account creation device provisioning and access setup
Technical Support & Infrastructure
Provide expert-level resolution for complex laptop desktop and network connectivity issues
Troubleshoot advanced hardware and software problems across diverse IT environments
Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure including user accounts groups and permissions
Comprehensive knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions preferably SOTI
Ensure IT network stability and resolve connectivity issues promptly
Analytical & Reporting Skills
Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions
Strong skills in generating detailed performance reports and metrics analysis and generate comprehensive performance reports on IT service metrics
Monitor IT service delivery processes for continuous improvement
Extensive knowledge of ITSM tool
Technical Skills
Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory administration and management
Advanced troubleshooting skills for laptops desktops and network infrastructure
Proficiency in IT service management tools and ticketing systems
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
Experience with inventory management systems and asset tracking
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills with ability to interact with all organizational levels
Customer service oriented with focus on user satisfaction
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
ITIL certification (Foundation) Microsoft certifications (Active Directory Office 365 etc.)
Experience with MDM solutions ITSM tools. Any experience Enterprise monitoring and management tools is value add.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
