Conveyancing Fee Earner - Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working - Up to 45000pa

We now seek a Residential Conveyancer with experience of carrying their own caseload to join this fantastic firm of Solicitors in Milton Keynes on a hybrid basis.

This firm will provide you the with the opportunity to work in a stable and growing environment as well as offering the option for hybrid working and the chance to become professionally qualified.

What you will be doing

Responsibility for managing a full varied caseload
Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties new build transactions re-mortgages right to buy and help to buy schemes from inception to completion
Draft legal documents including contracts and HM Land Registry documents
To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA SRA and solicitor account rules
Deal with clients both in person and on the telephone in a confident manner providing clear accurate and up to date information

What you will have

Must have experience of working as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Have experience of using a Case Management system
Be a motivated self-starter able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
