Conveyancing Fee Earner - Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working - Up to 45000pa

We now seek a Residential Conveyancer with experience of carrying their own caseload to join this fantastic firm of Solicitors in Milton Keynes on a hybrid basis.

This firm will provide you the with the opportunity to work in a stable and growing environment as well as offering the option for hybrid working and the chance to become professionally qualified.

What you will be doing

• Responsibility for managing a full varied caseload
• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties new build transactions re-mortgages right to buy and help to buy schemes from inception to completion
• Draft legal documents including contracts and HM Land Registry documents
• To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA SRA and solicitor account rules
• Deal with clients both in person and on the telephone in a confident manner providing clear accurate and up to date information

What you will have

• Must have experience of working as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Have experience of using a Case Management system
• Be a motivated self-starter able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
