Conveyancing Assistant
Salary: Up to 30000 (negotiable DOE)
Location: Leeds
Experience: Strong background in sales and transactions (post-completion experience a bonus)
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our clients highly regarded Residential Property team in Leeds. This role is tailored for a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on sales and transactions seeking a stable and high-quality work environment without a progression track into senior roles.
The Opportunity:
Support the conveyancing team with all aspects of residential property sales and transactions
Handle file opening client onboarding property searches drafting contracts and supporting the sales process through to exchange and completion
Provide additional support on post-completion matters where required (not the primary focus)
Work closely with fee earners and solicitors on high-quality client-focused work
Contribute to a collaborative well-established team with a distinctive approach to conveyancing
What Were Looking For:
Experience in residential conveyancing with a strong focus on sales and transactions
Post-completion experience is advantageous but not essential
Fee earning experience preferred
Comfortable in a stable non-hierarchical teamideal for someone not seeking further progression
Attention to detail reliability and a client-focused approach
Ability to thrive in a team that values quality over volume and works differently from traditional case management models
