Job Summary
We are currently seeking a diligent detail-oriented and analytical Working Student to join our Corporate Audit team in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity for a student (m/f/d) interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of corporate auditing within a dynamic multi-cultural and supportive team.
Your tasks:
- Assist in planning and supporting operational audits
- Provide administrative support to the audit team including scheduling meetings managing audit documentation managing use access in workspace (Sharepoint DevOps)
- Participate/support in projects aimed at enhancing our corporate audit processes through digitalization and automation. Responsibilities include: testing & quality Assurance project management support
- Support the development of dashboards
Your qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interested in modern data analytics methods to improve the audit
- Basic understanding of concepts like project management business intelligence or process mining
- Some knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI Excel Analysis for Office SAP BW
- Exposure to SAP processes is a plus
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work outputs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
