What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading daily front-of-house operations with confidence professionalism and warmth
• Training a passionate restaurant team to deliver standout service
• Creating a positive performance-driven culture that values consistency and care
• Driving pre-service briefings ongoing staff development and service refinements
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen and events team to ensure seamless execution
• Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and contributing to the leadership teams success
