Overview
As a Senior Learning & Enablement Partner youll play a key role in shaping how our people grow perform and adapt in the organization. This role goes beyond traditional training designcombining learning change management communications and talent development to deliver holistic solutions that drive measurable business impact. Youll bring strategy to life by translating global priorities into integrated experiences that drive business results across the region and beyond. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to support global programs build regional engagement and champion a culture of continuous learning performance and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Learning Plan Development
Collaborate with leadership to define build and execute learning strategies aligned with organizational goals business outcomes and regional/global priorities. Facilitate alignment between global strategies and regional execution ensuring cultural and contextual relevance. - Enablement Program Execution
Build and lead enablement programs that deliver scalable high-impact solutionsintegrating communications skills development and behavioral reinforcement to drive performance and business outcomes. - Regional Activation & Global Program Support
Serve as the Learning & Enablement regional point of contact for EMEA and partner with site leaders HR Operations and Employee Experience to drive local adoption of initiatives. Reinforce learning behaviors through in-region engagement events campaigns and advocacy. - Skill and Competency Development
Conduct needs assessments to identify capability & skills gaps and develop targeted learning experiences and enablement programs to close those gaps. - Content and Resource Development
Create curate and maintain high-quality learning content toolkits and other resources using a variety of digital platforms and formats. - Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement
Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through data and analytics. Use insights to continuously optimize strategies and improve learner outcomes. - Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
Foster strong partnerships with business leaders managers and cross-functional teams to ensure enablement solutions meet business needs and drive performance.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience (5 years required) in Learning & Talent Development Organizational Development or a similar people enablement role.
- Experience leading regional and global learning programs in matrixed or high-growth organizations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence across levels and collaborate effectively with global teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Solid experience in designing and delivering modern scalable learning using LMS LXPs and/or AI tools. Workday Learning experience is a strong advantage.
- Strategic problem-solving skills with a track record of developing holistic enablement solutions that go beyond traditional trainingcombining change management communications
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to form learning strategies and demonstrate business impact.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments with a high degree of adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to align learning strategy with business objectives and revenue impact.
- A strong grasp of our industry context and how enablement can accelerate impact is highly beneficial.
Additional Qualifications That Set You Apart
- Bachelors degree in Education Business Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field.
- Experience with Workday Learning and AI-powered platforms.
- Coursework or certifications in areas such as adult learning instructional design performance consulting change management or strategic thinking.
- Use of data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau) to track learning and enablement effectiveness.
- Experience working in high-growth global or matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with business KPIs and how learning impacts revenue productivity and efficiency.
