Job Summary
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Be the go-to HR expert for the NI Hungary site while making a global mark by contributing to transformative HR projects.
- Collaborate closely with leaders to deliver data-driven insights across the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to career development.
- Act as a trusted coach and partner empowering managers with actionable HR guidance that drives results.
- Champion employee engagement and organizational excellence ensuring our culture stays at the heart of everything we do.
