- Ensure ongoing satisfaction of clients by providing seamless global coordination experiences.
- Work closely with ISS/PWD Operations teams to support escalation handling with clients and lead Member Firm partners.
- Cultivate close professional relationships with local KPMG country teams recognizing the value of a strong network to accomplish complex or sensitive tasks.
- International Social Security and PWD Compliance: Demonstrate proven domain expertise in these areas staying curious and up-to-date with regulation changes in the global mobility space.
- Willingness to deep dive into complex technical questions to support clients lead Member Firm teams and the Operations team.
- Establish credibility with key stakeholders immediately positioning yourself as the face of the firm.
Requirements
- Managerial experience in Global Mobility Services with expertise in ISS and PWD
- Analytical mindset to identify and implement solutions for client inefficiencies
- Desired familiarity with international tax issues
- Ability to handle tax social security and PWD matters for individuals and corporations
- Diplomatic communication skills for conveying complex messages tactfully
- Current knowledge of technical developments and thought leadership in the field
- Interest in tax and employment issues including equity taxation global compensation and transfer pricing
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Proactive self-starter capable of achieving priority goals
- Strong quantitative skills for problem-solving
- Excellent written and spoken English
