Join us as a Studio Operations Manager and youll be a big part of this.

Role Purpose: Responsible for managing the Marketing Studio workflow and capacity across our design copy and production teams. Assessing incoming briefs ensuring that the right resource is allocated to allow the Studio to deliver appropriate creative services in the most efficient way. Regularly review business requirements to allow the Studio to be agile and responsive to rapidly changing business needs reallocating tasks and deploying additional resource as necessary. Sourcing and managing a pool of freelance resource and production partners to allow for flexibility of resource throughout the year.

Whats the job

Manage all resource through the creative studio maximise the use of internal and external talent to deliver against
all Marketing and E-Commerce briefs.
Interact with and manage key stakeholders to develop strong client relationships.
Develop and maintain the positive reputation of the studio as an essential cost effective and accessible resource.
Working closely with the Design Manager and Production Manager to manage the workflow for their teams.
Produce regular status reports covering all live projects status progress against project.
Support the Creative Services Lead to identify and mitigate risk and issues with capacity.
Regularly re-evaluate priority work-streams for the Studio to align with business priorities.
Cost and plan external resources for over-flow projects as appropriate.
Develop maintain and regularly review a high-quality pool of approved external vendors and freelancers to meet
the needs of the studio briefs and its stakeholders.
Hold regular forward planning sessions for high-volume producing stakeholders.
Provide costing budget and timings information as required.
Manage the relationship with Adobe alongside Procurement to ensure the Studio has access to the latest software
and has foresight of future developments.
Responsible for Studio budget and the management of it internally.

What we need:

At least 7 years relevant experience within an in-house or agency
environment.
Expertise of managing workflow through a fast-paced agile studio team.
Strong influencer and relationship builder at all levels.
Excellent organisation skills; able to prioritise time and tasks with a
meticulous attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose
effective solutions
Ability to understand individual resource skill sets to allocate work efficiently.
Natural desire to enhance processes and drive efficiencies continuously
optimising the Studios operations.
Knowledge of digital print and production techniques.
Knowledge of design and artwork process.
Strong negotiator to support maximising Studio budget
