Key Responsibilities:
Translate customer needs and technical requirements into actionablesoftwaregoalsand architecture.
Define and prioritize product features in collaboration with product stakeholders.
Contribute tomaintaina clearsoftwareproduct roadmap and backlog aligned with strategicobjectives(Technology strategy Strategicproductplan product roadmaps).
Coordinate withproject managerssystem/softwareengineersand testers to deliver high-impactand high-qualitysolutions.
Develop andmaintainsoftware interfacing with proprietary hydroacoustic sensors.
Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure system performance and reliability.
Participate in agile development testing and integrationboth in lab environments and aboard vessels.
Work with global software teams to build reusable modules for high-performance applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent experience.
Experience with software productplans and roadmaps.
Experience withdevelopinguser storiesmeeting thesoftwarerequirementsforprojects
Proficiencyin C#/C multi-threadedprogrammingand communication protocols.
Experience inall aspects of Software Development Life Cycle.
Strong communicationskills in both Norwegian and English.
Beneficial to have experience with system/software V-model (system requirements system architecture and designsoftware requirements software architecturedesignand software implementation).
Experiencewithgamechangertechnologies (AI cloud 3D)isa plus.
Experience or interest in agile methodologies anddigitalproductdevelopmentis a plus.
