Senior Engineer Control Systems

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer Control Systems to join our growing Water sector within the Energy and Utilities business unit. This is a key role within our expanding team and a critical part of supporting the continued growth of the business.

The successful candidate will be based at our Doggett Street office in Teneriffe Brisbane but should also be prepared for flexible working arrangements to accommodate site visits as required.

This role will align with Downers core values and will require demonstrated commitment active involvement and leadership across all aspects of the position.

What we are looking for

• Qualification in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering RPEQ certification preferred
• Minimum 7 years industry experience
• Experience in the design specification FAT and commissioning of control systems
• Ability to prepare software functional descriptions
• Water Industry and Low Voltage design experience is highly regarded
