Role Summary:
The Leadership Trainee in the Business Development domain will be responsible for assisting in identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in market research lead generation and client engagement helping to drive the companys growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients industry trends and new business opportunities.
- Assist in lead generation through various channels such as LinkedIn cold calling and email outreach.
- Support the sales team in creating proposals presentations and business pitches.
- Help maintain CRM databases and track customer interactions.
- Assist in competitor analysis and develop strategies to enhance business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Provide support in preparing reports and documentation for business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (last semester or completed) in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales marketing and business development principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word) and CRM tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
