The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our hotels bar operations. Youll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment ensuring the highest standards of service and driving revenue through innovative drinks offerings and excellent guest experiences across our 3 bar hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily running of the bars ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Recruit train and motivate bar team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Manage stock ordering and supplier relationships to control costs and minimise waste.
- Develop creative cocktail menus and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure compliance with licensing health & safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor budgets track performance and deliver on financial targets.
- Build strong relationships with guests fostering repeat business.
- Ensure drinks set ups and drinks service is provided at an exceptional standard across Conference Banqueting and Weddings as required.
- Duty Manager responsibility as and when required.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager (ideally in a hotel luxury or high-volume venue).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of current trends in cocktails wines and spirits.
- Excellent organisational and financial management skills.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example.
