Foxhill Manor offers an intimate refined dining experience with a strong focus on seasonal ingredient-led cooking. As a Demi CDP youll work as part of a close-knit supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge giving you the perfect environment to build confidence refine your core skills and progress your career.
Youll be joining a calm well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. If youre keen to develop your craft and enjoy working with fresh seasonal produce this is a brilliant next step.
What youll be doing:
Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service
Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Helping to keep service smooth efficient and professional
Contributing to stock control prep and organisation
What were looking for:
Experience working with fresh seasonal produce in a quality-led kitchen
A strong work ethic and commitment to learning
A reliable positive and professional approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A desire to grow and progress in a structured supportive environment
The details:
32448 per year
Plus service charge ( OTE)
Approximately 36000 total earnings
48 hours per week
Meals on duty and uniform provided
Live-in accommodation available
