We have a pivotal opportunity for a Reddit Ads expert to connect some of the worlds most iconic gaming and entertainment brands with their most passionate fan communities. This is a mission to prove the value of a unique platform by driving viewership for a major global brand.
Your first mission will be to partner with our team to architect the winning strategy and pitch that will unlock this engagement. Were looking for an expert who understands that Reddit advertising is more about joining a conversation than interrupting one. You can navigate the nuances of subreddit culture identify pockets of dedicated fans and build campaigns that drive real engagement and traffic to AVOD/FAST channels.
This is a role for a true ownersomeone who thrives in a high-trust autonomous environment. As our go-to Reddit specialist you will be the architect of the strategy the guide for the client and the expert who executes the campaigns that prove the channels value. Key responsibilities:
Develop and present strategic pitch materials that showcase an expert-level approach to Reddit Ads for engaging passionate fan communities.
Conduct in-depth research to identify vet and prioritize relevant subreddits defining a clear community targeting strategy for entertainment and gaming brands.
Build launch and manage Reddit Ad campaigns focused on driving traffic and viewership to streaming channel destinations optimizing for performance based on real-time data.
Report on campaign performance delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the client and collaborating with the internal Wordbank Digital Team.
Requirements:
Multiple years of hands-on experience devising strategy and executing campaigns on Reddit Ads.
A deep understanding of subreddit and community targeting with a proven process for identifying and vetting relevant communities.
Agency or Freelance experience working directly with and presenting to clients.
Knowledge of Reddit creative best practices and an understanding of how to generate ad creative that feels native to the platform.
Experience with clients in the entertainment & streaming space.
Experience with Reddit Ads and TikTok Ads.
Experience running Amazon Ads campaigns for TVOD (Prime Video)
Hours commitment: Initial engagement will be on an ad hoc project basis to support strategic client development. Upon a successful pitch and agreed client scope this role would expand to a monthly retainer with guaranteed hours. Wordbank is a key partner to major streaming and entertainment brands so opportunities to work with other clients are expected to arise.
Payment: We settle invoices through Wise orby bank transfer at the end of month following the month of the invoice.
