For our growing team we are looking for Project Leaders (m/f/d) to lead client engagements and teams across our practice areas of Global Development Strong Civil Society and Private Sector Impact.
What you bring
- Demonstrated passion and commitment to work on societal challenges
- Strong track record (3 years) in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Proven team leadership and project management experience:
- Gained within a strategy consulting environment
or - Demonstrated through advanced leadership roles in other high-impact settingssuch as international institutions (e.g. UN organizations) foundations NGOs or impact investing organizations (e.g. private equity development banks)
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments and deliver high-quality results under time pressure
- Strong analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently
- Keen interest in fosteringthe development of junior colleagues via training and coaching
- Strong motivation to actively contribute to Value for Goods growth and development
- Curiosityeagerness to learn and passion tocontribute to a strong team culture
- Fluency in English German and French are considered an asset
