To strengthen our External Production department we are currently looking for several Site Managers / Construction Coordinators (m/f/d) for a Job Site inPoland to start as soon as possible.
- Ensure timely execution of work packages (blocks) at external shipyards considering quality and cost
- Monitor deadlines in coordination with master planning and subcontractors
- Manage change requests and error handling
- Oversee and document inspections and approvals
- Assess and evaluate additional work assigning costs and responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of subcontractors and technical departments/blocks
- Independently plan and carry out inspections at external shipyards in coordination with the shipping company and classification society
- Verify compliance with class regulations construction specifications standards and norms
- Initiate problem-solving processes and manage implementation
- Coordinate interfaces between suppliers technical office and production
- Act as contact person for the owner and classification society to ensure compliance with standards specifications and norms during production
- Completed three-year technical vocational training e.g. in shipbuilding mechanical engineering or similar
- Professional experience in site management production or commissioningideally in the offshore sector
- Optional qualification in surface protection: FROSIO Level 3
- Expertise in steel construction: IWE IWI-C VT2 MT2 or equivalent qualification desirable
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team with internal and external partners
- Decisiveness and problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license (Class B)
