We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Specialty Construction Practice team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of construction industry accounts while delivering exceptional client service within a collaborative team environment that encourages career development.
We will count on you to:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor across your portfolio
- Manage risk and insurance program renewals ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards
- Provide technical advice and contribute to business development and tender responses for construction projects
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and across Marsh divisions to deliver integrated client solutions
- Support and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
What you need to have:
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent)
- 4-7 years experience in construction or property insurance broking
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality client outcomes
