Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Specialty Construction Practice team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex construction industry accounts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Drive new business development and support tender responses for major construction projects
- Deliver tailored risk management and insurance programs to meet client needs
- Collaborate with insurers to provide placement solutions for annual and project-specific requirements
- Support and develop team members
- Represent Marsh at industry events conferences and client functions
What you need to have:
- Strong experience in Construction Insurance Broking
- Valid insurance brokers license
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Tier 1 FSRA Compliance (essential)
