Are you a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a passion forleading complex end-to-end technical solutions in the telecommunications andcloud domains We are looking for a Core - TPM Engineer to join our teamand drive the successful delivery of innovative projects ensuring technicalexcellence and superior customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
As a Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM) you will be thetechnical leader and owner of complex projects guiding them from pre-sales to finaldelivery. Your mission is to:
Lead and direct the technical functionsof the Analysis & Design group and the Integration Verification &Validation group.
Ensure seamless integration verificationand validation of our telecommunications and cloud technologies.
Manage selected complex projects where weare the End-to-End owner including first-of-a-kind large non-standard andcross-organizational solutions or those involving third parties.
Contribute during the pre-sales phase tohelp win new business by convincing customers of our solutions value.
Solve complex technical issues and driveprojects to meet challenging deadlines with a strong sense of ownership andleadership.
Your Skills & Experience
We are looking for a highly motivated independent and self-directedprofessional.
Required Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in complexprojects with cross-domain and E2E technology areas.
Extensive experience in Telco Core networksand Cloud and Data Centers.
Strong understanding of pre-sales aspectsincluding scoping estimation and risk management.
Proven ability to lead and coordinatetechnical issues.
Self-starter with a strong sense ofbusiness ownership and leadership.
Ability to create order and structure in anambiguous environment.
Experience with Configuration and ChangeManagement.
Proficiency in IP Networking Protocolssuch as OSPF ISIS MPLS LDP L2VPN L3VPN and BFD.
Knowledge of Switching VLAN STP RSTP MSTPVRRP and HSRP.
Excellent communication skills and aproactive attitude.
Mandatory Requirements & Key Skills
To be considered for this role your CV must clearly demonstrate thefollowing:
IP/MPLS protocols (IGP BGP RSVP LDPetc.) and Mobile Network interfaces/protocols (2G-3G-4G-5G).
Your experience in managing complex End-to-Endsolutions.
Your involvement in the pre-sales phaseof projects.
English speaking proficiency.
