Office Manager (M/F):
Responsibilities:
- Management of daily office operations;
- Direct administrative support to Management and leadership teams;
- Organisation of agendas meetings appointments travel arrangements and events;
- Management and organisation of administrative documentation;
- Interface with suppliers partners and external entities;
- Support to the Human Resources area (HR administrative management training coordination and support to internal processes);
- Administrative support to financial management;
- Support to continuous improvement projects and process optimization;
- Telephone handling and management of internal and external communications.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma in Administrative Studies or
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Management or similar fields; - Previous experience in roles such as Office Manager Executive Assistant Administrative Officer or Office Consultant;
- Strong organisational planning and priority management skills;
- High sense of responsibility autonomy and productivity;
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different areas of the organization;
- Detail-oriented methodical and results-driven profile;
- Good user-level IT skills including Word Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables;
- Preferably with experience using CRM systems;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and data entry.
