Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Identify business opportunities build strong client relationships and present observability solutions aligned with each organizations specific needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to demonstrate the value of the solutions conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) and address technical requirements throughout the sales process.
Deliver workshops and presentations to educate customers on observability best practices and how the solutions address specific challenges.
Gather and communicate customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of products and services.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

3 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales preferably with observability monitoring or IT infrastructure solutions.
Experience and knowledge of tools such as OpenTelemetry Prometheus Grafana AppDynamics or similar platforms.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Fluency in Portuguese and English both written and spoken.

Complementary Requirements:

Relevant certifications in observability or monitoring.
Previous experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Active participation in technical communities or industry events.
