Job Summary

Your role

Deliver high-quality inbound telephone support to customers in German.
Support both existing and prospective clients with clear information about products and services.
Handle operational and administrative requests in internal systems including tariff changes plan adjustments service activations and customer data updates.
Actively contribute to service quality and process improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

Fluent German (minimum C1 level) mandatory. English is an advantage.
Strong interest in the telecommunications sector.
Solid problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage technical and system-based tasks.
Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 20:00.
Reliable punctual and customer-centric professional profile.
Availability to work onsite in Porto.

Contract & compensation package

Initial 1-year contract.
Base salary: 1305 gross/month.
Meal allowance: 7.91 per working day paid via meal card (approx. 20 days/month).
Transportation allowance: 20/month.
Performance bonus: up to 500/month based on individual results.
