Your day to day

Contributor

As a Chapter Lead you remain an active squad member dedicating most of your time to hands-on work in your area of expertisewhether thats software development infrastructure IT risk or another technical craft.

What youll bring to the team

Education & Background

• University degree in IT or engineering;
• 10 years of IT experience including leadership roles;

Technical Excellence

• Strong engineering foundation with hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot Python and front-end technologies;
• Skilled in modern architectures DevOps CI/CD (Azure DevOps) and containerization (Kubernetes Docker OpenShift);
• Experience with SRE tooling (Grafana Prometheus) integration (Kafka JMS MQ) testing frameworks (JUnit Selenium Cucumber) and databases (Oracle Hibernate ElasticSearch);

Delivery & Leadership

• Proven track record in designing and migrating web applications driving project delivery and leading diverse technical teams;
• Deep understanding of Software Development lifecycle IT risk controls and incident management;
• Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
