Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft proofread and file or send legal documents such as lawsuits and demand letters
  • Email communications and mail outgoing and ingoing in a timely manner
  • Conduct PIP audits gather necessary documents and information to begin building a case

Organize all legal documents in a confidential way

  • Working Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Confirm case statuses and generate reports
  • Note taking

Qualifications:

Customer service skills

Team player works well with others in a group setting

Strong organizational skills

Working knowledge of legal terms and procedures preferred

Effective verbal and communication skills

Minimum of 1 year experience or in-house legal experience

Proficient in MS Office

Must be fluent in Spanish

Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of travel for work-related tasks within the state and it is covered by the firm

Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience


Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Tampa office with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday Friday 8-hour shifts 8:30am-5:30pm
