The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning development and delivery of our platforms demand project and delivery management features. You will work closely with stakeholders across engineering operations and consumer businesses to ensure that these core platform features meet both current and future business needs. Your role will focus on aligning product strategy with organizational goals ensuring efficient execution and optimizing platform functionality to enhance the user experience as well as drive business outcomes and initiatives.
Make an Impact by:
Develop and own the strategy for demand forecasting features on the platform ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs. This includes managing the demand intake process prioritizing feature requests and balancing competing business priorities.
Define and execute features related to demand tracking resource planning and backlog management. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to build tools that help businesses predict and manage demand effectively.
Lead the development of features that enable teams to manage project delivery effectively such as task tracking timelines dependencies and delivery milestones. Focus on ensuring smooth execution and the ability to scale the platform to meet diverse customer needs.
Partner with engineering operations and Product to ensure platform delivery features are practical scalable and customizable to different project workflows.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform delivery management features and ensure ongoing measurement and optimization to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
Own the development of project management features on the platform focusing on features like task creation resource allocation project timelines and team collaboration. Ensure these features meet the needs of both internal teams and external customers. Define and run the Scrum ceremonies .
Develop and implement features that help users track and mitigate risks identify project bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues within projects.
Engage regularly with business leaders engineering operations and customer support to communicate product vision progress and results ensuring alignment across the organization.
Act as a customer advocate ensuring the platform meets the needs of end-users and responds to market demands through continuous feedback loops and iterative improvements
