The Opportunity

Were currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Glenorchy this frontline role youll be the face of MyState welcoming customers processing transactions and helping people take the next step in their financial journey.

Youll also play a key role in identifying customer needs and connecting them with the right people and solutions to help them achieve their goals plans and dreams.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers across a range of banking transactions and enquiries.
  • Identifying customer needs and referring them to the right specialist for further support.
  • Meeting individual and team KPIs while contributing to a positive branch culture.
  • Promoting MyStates products and services with confidence and care.
  • Supporting the branch team in creating a welcoming inclusive and efficient environment.

What Youll Bring

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive solutions-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work towards targets and goals.
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services is a bonusbut not essential.
  • A genuine interest in helping people achieve their financial goals.
