This role is perfect for someone with hands-on installation or construction experience whos ready to step into leadership. If youve led crews before-even outside of furniture installation-youll find a clear path for growth with us.

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor an installation crew setting the tone for teamwork and accountability
• Manage installation of MillerKnoll and other commercial furniture product lines
• Review drawings/blueprints and ensure installs meet project standards
• Troubleshoot issues on site and keep projects moving smoothly
• Communicate daily with the project team clients and contractors in a professional solutions-focused way
• Train newer installers in Pigotts standards and help build their skills
• Take ownership of job readiness site preparation and follow-through to client sign-off

What Were Looking For

• Experience leading crews in installation construction carpentry or a related field
• Hands-on skills with power tools product assembly and safe material handling
• Ability to read and interpret plans drawings or blueprints
• Strong communication and leadership-able to direct a team and keep projects on track
• High school diploma or GED (minimum); 23 years of related installation experience preferred
• Willingness to work in a physical fast-moving environment (lifting up to 64 lbs bending kneeling etc.)
