As our Customer Service Team Leader for the business unit PHE you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations regarding managing our (new) clients and carriers and striving for TMS optimization.
This will lead to continuous process this new environment you will help build up the department and be a part of the growth and success of the entire division.
You will:
- Managing all operational stakeholders (internal carriers & clients) in the parcel shipping environment;
- Continuous operational and service optimization shall ensure frictionless and efficient business processes with clients;
- Configure settings & data administration in our Transport Management System (TMS);
- Support the implementation process of carriers & clients;
- Manage carriers by performance analysis and monitoring relevant KPIs and take measures that ensure continuous service improvement.
You have:
- Experience in the transportation industry mainly in the Parcel industry is ideal;
- Fluent in English written and verbal Dutch language is a plus;
- Need to be able to innovate processes & workflows;
- Knowledge of Office programs (PowerPoint Excel Outlook Word) is needed;
