Transaction Services (TS) is one of ING WBcorebusiness lines. We offer a suite of WB products and services to corporate and institutional clients. We are a significant contributor to the growth and profitability of the WB. The purpose of theTSDeliveryManagementorganizationis to make our clients successful by offering them seamlessly have a global mandate to improve productsin such a way that internationally operating clients experience ING asonebank across the entire ING network. We have the asset ownership for all IT assets in scope. Weare responsible forthedelivery of services to our clientsandstakeholders.

As a Customer Journey Expert within the TS Delivery Managementorganizationyouwill be parttheProduct AreaReporting & Cards. The other four areasare:

• Payments & Channels
• Accounts & Cash Management
• Pricing & Billing
• Trade

As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE)for Cardsyou haveanend-to-end responsibility fordelivering and managing the solutions in systemsservicesand will workin a team that manages the merchantacquiringservices for our Wholesale Banking clients in the International Network both Point-of-Sale and haveexpertisein the areas of product development and deliveryin an environmentof both external and internal services. You are familiar with the merchant acquiring domain and the complexity of managing multiple external providers.

• You will report to the DeliveryAreaLead (DAL)of your area
• You focus on thedelivery-relatedactivities for your respectiveproduct
• You contribute to the ING One Agile Way of Working
• You contributeto the improvement ofthe productperformance
• You are part of the global networkyoustimulate cross-bordercollaboration andteamwork as well asalignmentwith the parties that need to contribute to a specific implementation of your delivery business area

Your key responsibilities

• You translate andrefinebusiness requirements provided by Product Managementfor the development of products andcontribute to defining the best solution roadmap for the product
• You apply your experience in supporting the product development with an end-to-end mindset including the COPAF implementation delivery of the business operations and services
• You bridge IT and business through understanding of client needs digitization andensure delivery is of the right quality by defining and executing user acceptance tests
• Youmonitorusage of the product by ensuring relevant data and management information is available
• You work with Risk Compliance and Legal stakeholders to make sure our products and servicescomply withregulationsand policies
• Together with your colleagues youare responsible formeeting your sprint- and QBR goals
• Yousupport DAL withmanaging the demand towards internal stakeholders and external vendors in cooperation with the IT Area Lead
• Youcontributetodeliveringa differentiating experience for INGs customers for allTSrelated services atoptimalvalue and profitability for ING
• You share responsibility to ensure ourlicensetooperateby secure and flawless 24/7 operations while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Youcontribute to therisk & control compliancytomitigatebusiness and operational risks
• Youare responsible foraligning with Product Managers andthe ITcolleaguesto ensure successful delivery of yourproduct

Proventrack recordand technical skills

• Mastersorbachelorsdegree
• Between510years of working experience (depending on the seniority level)
• Experience and/or affinity withCardsand Merchant Acquiring
• Experience and/or affinity to deliver results together with the IT engineers
• Experience workingin productdeliveryis a plus
• Excellentwritten and verbalEnglishcommunication skills
