This role sits at the intersection of engineering operations and execution: coordinating developers interfacing with key stakeholders owning CI/CD and building internal systems that help scale the business from early traction to $100M in revenue. Its a hybrid role that blends 60% technical coding with 40% operational leadership.
What youll do
- Coordinate development across engineering operations and product teams enforcing urgency and technical rigor.
- Own CI/CD systems and standardization processes across environments and data pipelines.
- Act as the final QA layer building systems to validate correctness and consistency at scale.
- Develop internal tools and AI systems to productize operations and oversight.
- Set up and manage projects write instructions train contributors and embed expert feedback into workflows.
- Analyze traces run evals and scale deterministic reward function generation.
- Interface with external experts and stakeholders to define scenarios and user stories.
- Tackle high-priority ambiguous problemshandling whatever it takes to keep the organization moving fast.
What were looking for
- Strong background in software engineering (Python preferred).
- Experience in founding technical leadership or high-growth environments.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous high-intensity environments.
- Comfortable blending technical execution with operational problem-solving.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150K $250K
