This role will be responsible for the planning coordination implementation and evaluation of innovative and contemporary clinical learning and development programs that support strategies to build a sustainable robust and knowledgeable clinical workforce across St Vincents Private Northside and St Vincents Private Hospital Brisbane.

Things that work for us:
Tertiary Qualifications in Nursing or equivalent
Post-Graduate qualifications in Education or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years teaching experience
Dynamic leadership skills with exceptional communication skills
A professional behaviour that nurtures the values and mission
Flexibility to work across multi-site and multi-disciplinary environments.
Ability to effectively lead a team and inspire through action to achieve the organisational strategy.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage responsibilities with the ability to remain self-driven organised and empathetic
