Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote (PH/LatAm)
Compensation: USD 500-700/month
Schedule: Full-time 40 hrs/week (aligned with EST business hours)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing activities with a focus on execution and consistency. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to gain broad exposure across SEO content management social media and email campaigns while working closely with experienced leadership.
You ll play a key role in implementing campaigns managing content calendars and tracking results ensuring the organization s marketing efforts run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Support
- Assist with keyword research and implementation.
- Post and update blogs on the company s website.
- Monitor and flag basic SEO or indexing issues.
- Help build backlinks and keep Google Business Profile updated.
Content & Social Media Management
- Draft and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn Facebook).
- Support content creation for newsletters email campaigns and client communications.
- Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure timely posting.
Email Marketing
- Assist in creating and sending email campaigns (Mailchimp).
- Track email engagement metrics and report results.
- Help manage lead nurture sequences under guidance from leadership.
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate with external vendors (designers agencies) for deliverables.
- Prepare basic marketing reports (traffic engagement conversions).
- Support the sales team with simple materials (one-pagers presentations).
Qualifications
- 1 3 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO basics social media and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp Google Analytics WordPress).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn and grow into a broader marketing role.
