Job Description

Hello!

At Factorial were looking for a new SDR for XL Accounts Portuguese Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

As an SDR for XL accounts you will play a critical role in generating pipeline and opening doors to strategic opportunities that will shape Factorials presence in Spain. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong business acumen excellent communication skills and a passion for consultative sales.

The Role

  • Collaborate closely with the XL Account Executive to develop outbound strategies targeting high-potential enterprise accounts.

  • Research and identify key stakeholders within target organizations to initiate personalized outreach.

  • Engage prospects through a combination of cold calls emails social selling events and other channels.

  • Qualify leads based on business needs budget timeline and decision-making process.

  • Book discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff to the Account Executive.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Hubspot.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity and activity targets.

  • Provide feedback on market trends and messaging effectiveness to continuously improve outreach.

  • Represent Factorials brand and value proposition with professionalism and authenticity.

Your Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Sales Development Business Development or outbound sales role (preferably B2B or SaaS).

  • Market Familiarity: Deep understanding of or exposure to the Spanish business landscape especially in mid-to-large enterprises.

  • Communication: Fluent in English and Portuguese.

  • Sales-Oriented: Comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders and uncovering pain points.

  • Organized & Driven: Ability to manage a high volume of outreach while staying focused on quality and outcomes.

  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot Salesforce SalesLoft or similar.

  • Collaborative: A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

  • Eager to Learn: Hungry to grow open to feedback and motivated by personal and team success.
